Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. beef broth made with bouillon
    1 lb. Italian sweet or hot sausage
    1 pkg. tortellini
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. onion
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    parsley, pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Precook and slice Italian sausage and add to beef broth.
    Add cabbage, green pepper, onion, stewed tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
    Add tortellini and simmer until soft.
