Potato Finger Thins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. seasoned coating mix (i.e., beef stew, taco mix)
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
salt
Preparation

Cut potatoes lengthwise into eighths.
Mix water and pepper sauce in shallow plate; dip strip into water, moisten on all sides.
Combine coating mix and cheese in plastic bag and shake strips to coat well.
Place on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with Pam and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
