Classic Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 onion
    1 can tomatoes, diced with juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Fry hamburg and onion together; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Boil 9 lasagna noodles in water and salt.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan layer as follows:
    Sauce, noodles, Mozzarella, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, noodles, sauce and Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
