Crinkly Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger
4 c. flour (plain), sifted
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg, milk and molasses.
Beat together.
Sift the dry ingredients together; add creamed mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Roll dough into balls the size of a walnut.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
