Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 Tbsp. fat from roast
Preparation
    Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt together.
    *Use fat from roast and spread into 9 x 13-inch pan to cover bottom.
    Heat in oven (425\u00b0) until very hot.
    May even smoke.
    Then add mixture and bake 20 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve with gravy.
    Especially good with standing rib roast.
