Carnival Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage (any variety), cut into 2-inch pieces
    3/4 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green and/or red pepper
    1 celery stalk, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover skillet and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Serves 4.
