Cornbread(Zella Ives' Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch or 1/8 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    bacon drippings
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Sift cornmeal.
    Put cornmeal back in sifter with flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Stir once again. Stir well.
    Add buttermilk to eggs; stir well.
    Add to dry mixture. Add more buttermilk to thickness you want.
