Quick Taco Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans sliced potatoes, cooked until tender
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 envelope taco mix
Wisconsin fancy shredded cheese
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Drain off grease.
Add water and taco mix; stir.
Add salsa to meat mixture and simmer a few minutes.
Place cooked potatoes in baking dish.
Pour meat mixture into potatoes and stir together.
Top with fancy cheese and place in microwave or conventional oven long enough for cheese to melt. Serve hot.
Add a green salad and you have a quick meal!
