Pork Chops 'N Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    4 medium peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (beefy onion or onion mushroom)
Preparation
    Lightly brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place sliced potatoes in 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Put pork chops on top.
    Mix soup mix with water.
    Pour water over pork chops and potatoes.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
