Gon Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ready-to-eat chow mein noodles
    3/4 c. oyster sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    8 dried mushrooms, soaked
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
    4 stalks celery, slivered
    1/2 c. frozen Chinese peas, sliced
    1 lb. green beans, sliced
    1 pkg. or 3/4 lb. charsiu, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vetsin
Preparation
    Place noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle noodles with 1/4 cup oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Heat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Place in oven for 6 to 10 minutes.
    Slice mushrooms and other vegetables; stir-fry for 2 minutes in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Season with salt, vetsin and the remaining 1/2 cup oyster sauce.
    Mix the charsiu with vegetables.
    Stir in noodles and toss gently.
