Do Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small can Pet milk
    onion flakes
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes and add the margarine and the cheese which has been cut in pieces.
    Whip until very smooth.
    Drizzle Pet milk and beat until very smooth again.
    Fold in a desired amount of onion flakes.
    Spray a casserole dish and pile the potatoes in. Top with a little grated cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove and bring to room temperature and then bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
