Marinated Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 zucchini
    1 sliced bell pepper
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/8 c. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the cider vinegar, wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Cool and then add salad oil.
    Into a large glass bowl or casserole, slice the zucchini, celery and bell peppers.
    Separate the onion slices. Cover with sauce; put on cover and refrigerate overnight.
