Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs until thoroughly blended.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to first mixture and beat until smooth.
Stir in carrots, coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
