Gourmet Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream with chives
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Add 1 cup milk; heat through. In medium bowl, blend sour cream and flour; gradually stir in remaining 1 cup milk. Pour about 1/3 of hot mixture into sour cream mixture. Return to pan.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Add dried chives as needed.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
