French Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in blender.
    Heat frypan.
    Brush with a little butter or oil.
    Pour in enough batter to cover the bottom.
    Tip the pan to make sure batter is even and thin.
    Brown on one side. When top is set, turn pancake.
    When done, butter, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Or put in jelly and roll jelly roll fashion.
    Or roll and put on syrup.
    Kids love these.
