Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    poppy seed
Preparation
    In large Pyrex baking dish, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
    Place chicken breasts in mixture and turn to coat. Top with crushed crackers soaked in melted margarine.
    Sprinkle generously with poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve with rice.
