Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sour milk
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Put all first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Then add 1/3 cup sour milk and 2/3 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in an oblong cake pan.
