Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 loin chops
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Cover and sear pork chops in hot skillet. Add all ingredients. Cover tightly and cook on low temperature until chops are tender, about 30 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
