Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook in microwave on High for 4 minutes; stir every minute, then cook 2 more minutes without stirring.
    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda immediately after taking from microwave.
    Covers approximately 2 quarts popped corn.
