Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 envelopes taco seasoning
    2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    1 can tomatoes with green chiles
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 c. water
    shredded cheese, optional
    sour cream, optional
Preparation
    Brown the ground chuck with the onion, stirring until ground chuck is crumbly; drain well. In a large pot combine the ground chuck and onion with the salad dressing and taco seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese and sour cream) and mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
