Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour.
    Put in bottom of large 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Make crumbly mixture out of remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg before baking.
    Great served with vanilla ice cream.
