Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Mix by hand; do not use electric mixer.
Sift first 5 ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients in small increments.
Add apples, walnuts and butterscotch chips.
(Note:
Mixture will be thick.)
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
