Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Squeeze juice out of sauerkraut; add celery, pepper and onion. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Toss well with sauerkraut mixture.
    Marinate 24 hours.
    Drain well and serve.
