Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix well.
Place in casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven.
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and 1/2 stick of melted margarine.
Return to oven for 15 minutes.
