Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. egg whites (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, salt, almond and vanilla at high speed.
Gradually add sugar until mixture forms stiff peaks. Combine powdered sugar and flour.
Fold into mixture gradually. Put in ungreased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool upside down.
