Captain'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (46 oz.) V-8 juice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add undiluted soups and V-8 juice; blend.
    Add vegetables, macaroni, salt and pepper. Let come to a boil, stirring often.
    Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
