Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing
    3 c. milk
    1 box graham crackers
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk until pudding is thick.
    Add Cool Whip to pudding mix and mix together.
    Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Layer bottom of dish with graham crackers, then pudding mixture.
    Continue with alternate layers of graham crackers and pudding mixture.
    End with a top layer of graham crackers.
    Spread icing on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
