Raspberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (2-inch) cubes day old bread
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. fresh raspberries
    2 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches with nonstick cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients; let stand 15 minutes.
    Spread mixture in baking dish.
