Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3/4 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Rub meat with salt and pepper.
Place in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
Allow 20 to 25 minutes per pound.
If desired, rub meat with lemon juice before adding seasoning.
