Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (14 oz.) pkg. regular tofu, drained
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Blend together broccoli, corn, egg whites, cornmeal, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Crumble tofu to the consistency of cottage cheese and fold into broccoli mixture. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Melt margarine and combine with bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
