Pumpkin Pie(Good And Gluten-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugars, salt, spices and milks.
    Butter a 9-inch pie plate generously.
    Sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Pour pumpkin mixture over cornmeal.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool and cut.
