Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp.butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and blend. Add milk and salt. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Add 2 cups diced, cooked potatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on very low heat, stirring occasionally.
Thin if necessary with a little potato water or milk.
