Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cream of potato soup
8 oz. Cracker Barrel cheese (may use shredded Colby or sharp)
onion
Parmesan cheese (top only)
Preparation

Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 350\u00b0.
Uncover for additional 10 minutes.
