Raspberry Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. frozen or fresh raspberries (unsweetened)
1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. raspberry yogurt
Preparation

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Cover and process until well blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
