Jessica'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, partially cooked
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
    2 (10 oz. each) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    1 c. dry rice
Preparation
    Wrap 1 slice bacon around each piece of chicken.
    Place side by side in greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with beef.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake in a 225\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 hours.
    Garnish with mushrooms and parsley. Serve with rice.
