Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe avocados (2 avocados)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well and place in bowl. Spread top with mayonnaise, sealing to edges of bowl. At serving time, stir in mayonnaise. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Serve with chips or crackers.
