Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Weight Watchers cream cheese spread
1/2 c. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1/4 minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese spread until smooth.
Stir in the other ingredients.
Spoon into a small ovenproof dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Yields 2 cups (eight 1/4-cup servings).
