Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 cup of rice
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Chop bell pepper, onions, and jalapeno peppers.
    Saute in butter.
    Add bouillon cubes, 1 cup rice and water.
    Let stand until moisture is gone.
