Aunt Selma'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. corn meal
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Gradually stir the corn meal into the milk.
    Let this come to a boil, making mush. Add the salt and butter to the hot mush.
    Add the eggs and baking powder.
    Pour mixture into casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve from baking dish.
