Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 dishpan tomatoes, blanched, peeled and chopped
6 onions, chopped
20 to 30 jalapenos, chopped
1 Tbsp. or more parsley
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
salt to taste
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cook, stirring often to prevent scorching, until thick (30 to 45 minutes).
Hot bath 10 minutes.
