Bread Pudding(25 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. raisins
    loaf of bread (22 oz.)
    16 eggs, well beaten
    1 gal. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order listed.
    Bake in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until a knife comes clean when placed in it.
