Potato And Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    When done, mash.
    Brown ground beef, onions and green peppers.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Layer in a 13 x 9-inch pan, starting with potatoes first.
    Then add a layer of meat, then cheese, until all is gone.
    Good to have cheese as last layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
