Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Remove from heat and mix in sugar, flour, milk and corn syrup.
Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add pecans.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
