Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. milk
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of juice.
    Mix orange Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup pineapple juice; set aside. Mix pudding with 1 cup milk.
    Combine Jell-O and pudding together. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Add pineapple.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Garnish with mandarin oranges.
