Chuck Wagon Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 slices dry bread
    1 egg
    2/3 c. water
    1 medium onion
    salt
    pepper
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Crumble bread in bowl.
    Add water and egg and mix until bread is moist.
    Add hamburger, onion, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of garlic salt.
    Mix and shape into patties.
    Put on wax paper.
    Stack and store until ready to cook.
