Kolachy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. oleo
4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. cold water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 lb. ground nuts
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in a little of the cold water.
Combine shortening, oleo, egg yolks, yeast and water.
Add flour and salt. Knead dough.
Leave in refrigerator overnight (this dough will be sticky).
Add some sugar to nuts to desired sweetness.
Add a little canned milk and egg white to moisten.
