Gyoza (Pot Stickers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
    1 Tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
    1/4 head of bok choy, steamed, cooled, wrung dry, chopped fine
    1/4 onion, minced
    1 beaten egg
    1 pkg. round wonton wrappers
    sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine sausage, garlic, bok choy, and onion.
    Mix well.
    Coat one side of wonton wrapper with egg.
    Put 1 teaspoon sausage mixture on egg side of wrapper.
    Fold wrapper in half.
    Crimp edges.
    Brown on medium low heat in a small amount of sesame oil. When both sides are crispy brown, add a small amount of water to pan and cover for one minute.
    Serve with hot mustard.
