Hot Chicken Or Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
1 1/4 qt. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, minced
3 oz. lemon juice
6 oz. potato chips
6 oz. almonds, chopped
1/2 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 qt. mayonnaise
5 oz. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix together lightly chicken or turkey, celery, almonds, green pepper, pimento, onion, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Put alternate layers of salad mixture and crushed potato chips in buttered pans (2 pans), size 14 x 9 x 2-inch.
Top with layer of grated cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
