Cranberry Dream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, quartered
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    In blender, whip the cream.
    Remove to large mixing bowl.
    Add well drained pineapple.
    Put cranberry sauce in blender; cover and liquify until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise, sugar and cream cheese and process until well blended.
    Add nuts and process only until chopped.
    Fold into whipped cream and pineapple.
    Pour into mold or tray and freeze.
    To serve, let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
    Turn out on lettuce and slice.
