Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Stir first 2 ingredients together with fork. Mix together. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
